Answers

What does it cost?
It depends on the size of the place, how often we come, and what you want done, so we don't guess. Book a free estimate and you'll have a real number. Customers have said our prices are more than reasonable, and we like to keep it that way.
Do I need to supply anything?
No. We bring our own supplies and equipment, and the products we use are gentler than most store-bought cleaners. If you'd rather we use something specific of yours, just say so.
Do I have to be home?
No. Plenty of customers give us a key or a door code and come home to a clean house. Others like to be there the first time. Either way works for us.
How often can you come?
Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or a one-time deep clean. Most homes settle into bi-weekly. Offices usually go weekly.
Can you handle a last-minute or emergency clean?
Often, yes. Call us. Spills, a guest arriving tomorrow, a landlord walkthrough on Friday. We'll tell you honestly if we can fit it in.
Do you clean Airbnbs between guests?
Yes. Turnover cleaning, fresh linens, restocking the basics, and a 24-hour turnaround when you need it. Send us your booking calendar and we'll work around it.
Are you insured?
Yes. Pura Clean is a trained, insured team. Ask and we'll show you.
How do I pay?
Cash, credit card, Zelle, or Venmo, whatever is easiest for you.

Where we work

We're based on Union Avenue in Middlesex and most of our regulars are within about half an hour. Farther out? Ask. Customers as far as Flemington and Princeton have made it worth the drive.
